Simon Jackson is a living legend, with a wit as sharp as his reflexes. This partially sighted judo competitor has been unbeaten in 11 years of international competition. He has won Gold at the Seoul '88, Barcelona '92 and Atlanta '96 Paralympic games. At only 25 years of age he is likely to be unbeaten for many years to come.
